Inventor Independence

The Rub-X system was conceived, developed, and patented by Hanmin Hu, a China-born U.S. permanent resident. The project has not received financial, institutional, or policy support from the governments of China, the United States, or any other nation.

All intellectual property is held personally or through Hanmin LLC (USA). Rub-X has been registered under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and is committed to equitable global access.

Neutral, Global Commitment

Rub-X supports universal sustainable development goals, including safe labor, climate resilience, and fair technology access. The project welcomes collaboration from all countries, institutions, and communities acting in good faith.

The project calls on global institutions to judge Rub-X based on technical merit and real-world impact — not on nationality, politics, or institutional bias.

Rub-X seeks only fair opportunity, not favoritism. If neutrality is questioned, we invite history to judge the responses given to this invention.

Request for Institutional Hosting

We have approached over 20 international organizations, including UN agencies, seeking responsible hosting and field deployment. No meaningful support has been received. Without institutional action, the system remains at risk of suppression or misappropriation.

Our neutrality enables Rub-X to serve all equally. We call on responsible institutions — especially those within the United Nations framework — to rise to their commitments and act.
