Rub-X welcomes any skeptic to propose a better solution, to be evaluated by experts from UN bodies

Rub-X Originality & IP Notice

Rub‑X is an original innovation developed by Hanmin Hu, featuring a cable-driven automatic tapping system integrated with a tubing-based latex collection network, specifically designed for low-cost, high-efficiency operation in mountainous rubber plantations. The earliest patent related to this system was filed in 2015, and key structural designs and prototypes have since been publicly disclosed. All technical content is protected under international IP law. Unauthorized replication, adaptation, or use of the system—either partially or in full—is strictly prohibited.

Note: The demonstration videos and physical samples were produced several years ago under extremely limited resources.

The animation was produced in 2019 and first released on YouTube.

Both prototype machines were built without thorough engineering calculations and were constructed directly based on conceptual sketches.
The first, created in 2020 using 3D printing, served solely for initial functional verification.
The second, funded by Hainan University in 2024 and now owned by the university, took nearly a year to build but was never fully completed.

Despite the lack of external support, these efforts successfully demonstrated the system’s core functionality.
Further refinement and field testing remain pending, awaiting collaboration or institutional backing.
